Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer or American Express please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via bank transfer will incur a USD30 transfer & admin fee.
Payment via American Express will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.

Media delegate passes: 
To apply email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com
Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CAPA Airline CEOs in Amsterdam Summit" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.

Delegates are entitled to the conference refreshments and lunch, networking reception, dinner and full conference sessions
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in the Netherlands. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.

Visas:
Visas may be required for some nationalities. CAPA is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference. If this is required, please contact CAPA events immediately.
